The Galt Horse Assisted Learning and Enrichment Program is offered in the Galt Joint Union Elementary District and needs volunteers. This equine-assisted program provides free riding and enrichment experiences for students during the summer, fall and spring at the arena behind McCaffrey Middle School. The program is a member of the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International.
