Here in the Galt Joint Union Elementary School District, we are dedicated to working and growing together with our Strengths. GALLUP StrengthsExplorer is the assessment used to discover the youth Top Three Talents. This is provided for all 4th - 8th grade students. GALLUP StrengthsQuest is the assessment used to discover our employees Top Five Talents.
