On April 29, 2024, the U.S. Department of Education published changes to its Title IX regulations that go
into effect on August 1, 2024 (2024 Title IX Regulations). The Galt Joint Union Elementary School District
is working to update its Title IX Board Policies and Administrative Regulations surrounding these
changes.

The Galt Joint Union Elementary School District does not discriminate on the basis of sex. It
prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity it operates, as Title IX requires,
including in admission and employment.
