FACILITIES USE AGREEMENTS

At this time, the following locations are unavailable:

  • Vernon E Greer Elementary, Multipurpose Room | Monday, June 30th - Thursday, August 7th
  • Robert L. McCaffrey Middle School, Gymnasium | Monday, July 14th - Thursday, August 7th
 

Effective 07/01/2024, the following will be enforced for all facility use requests:

  • Rental fees are payable to the District forty-eight (48) business hours prior to facilities use.
  • Cancellations with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of $80.00.
  • Custodial cost will be charged at a flat rate of $45.00/hour, minimum 4 hours.
  • Food & Nutrition cost will be charged at a flat rate of $40.00/hour, minimum 2 hours.
