We are seeking bids for one or more of the following categories:
- Fresh produce
- Food & supplies
- Dairy items
- Frozen foods
- Delivery pizza
- Laundry service
Key Dates
- Bid Release Date: April 20, 2026
- Deadline for Questions: May 4, 2026
- Bid Submission Deadline: May 18, 2026 by 3:00 pm
- Bid Opening: May 20, 2026
- Anticipated Contract Start: July 1, 2026
Bid Submission Requirements
All bids must include:
- Complete Bid Form
- Itemized pricing
- Proof of required licenses and certifications
- Documentation of compliance with Buy American provisions (if applicable)
- Delivery schedule and service capabilities
- References from similar contracts
